CULTURAL REPOSITIONING + INTEGRATED MARKETING SYSTEM
BRAND STRATEGY / INTEGRATED GTM /
CONTENT + CRM / PARTNERSHIPS / SYSTEMS
Helped rebuild the brands’ U.S. relevance by connecting cultural storytelling, partnerships, content, CRM, digital, retail and experiential through a more integrated marketing system.
02 / context
the opportunity
Following the brands’ return to founder ownership, Billionaire Boys Club and ICECREAM retained significant recognition but needed to rebuild relevance with a changing U.S. audience.
Marketing activity existed across product, social, retail and partnerships, but the channels were not yet operating from one clear narrative or shared go-to-market structure. The opportunity was to strengthen the brands’ cultural point of view while building a system capable of carrying that relevance across content, community and commerce.
THE CENTRAL TENSION:Preserve the equity of a legacy streetwear brand while making its meaning active for a new generation.
